Floriwish is an online flower, gift, and event decor delivery platform. We help you celebrate special moments by delivering fresh flowers, customized gifts, and decorations to your doorstep.


2. Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery on selected products and in selected areas. Orders must be placed before the cut-off time (usually before 2:00 PM IST) for same-day delivery.


3. Can I choose a specific delivery time?

We try our best to deliver within your preferred time slot, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to traffic or location issues. Time slots can be selected during checkout.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, Razorpay, Paytm, and other secure payment gateways.


5. Can I send a personalized message with my order?

Yes! You can add a custom message during checkout. We will include it with your flowers or gift on a beautiful note card.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or SMS with delivery status updates. You can also contact our support for real-time updates.


7. What if the recipient is not available?

If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Call them to arrange an alternative delivery time

  • Leave the item with a neighbor/security

  • Attempt redelivery (charges may apply)


8. Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?

Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays, unless otherwise specified.


9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Changes or cancellations can only be made if requested at least 24 hours before the delivery time. After that, changes are not guaranteed.


10. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If your order is damaged, incorrect, or delayed, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and details. We will resolve it through replacement or refund as per our policy.


11. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to keep your data safe. We do not store your card details.
